This is an excellent project by Terraform Realty. It gives its residents all amenities under one roof. The construction is almost complete. They are doing finishing works for this project. They will be ready to give possession by Dec '22

Terraform Dwarkas at Ghatkoper is an under-construction residential project convenienlty located close to all basic and modern amenities like schools, hospital, market, official spaces, temple, etc. It is also at a walkable distance to Ghatkoper railway and metro station. The project nearly has all the facilities at a walking distance. Hence a point to note, since it is very close to Ghatkoper railway station the surrounding is mostly busy, crowded and noisy also the premises around the building is too narrow.
