If I own a property management company and it is a corporation, do I still own the real estate even if it’s a corporation?

One needs to check whether the property management company owns the property or has been contracted just to manage it. If it owns the real estate, then owning of the property management company, even if it is a corporation, by having a majority stake will entitle you to control the underlying property.
